Woodcrest PTO
The Woodcrest PTO is an organization of parents and teachers of Woodcrest Spanish Immersion School. Our objective is to provide the students of Woodcrest Spanish Immersion the opportunity to achieve their fullest potential in a stimulating environment through the cooperative interaction of parents, teachers and community.
Thanks to you, our PTO is able to support our classrooms and students by planning fun events like Family nights, Book Fairs, Mileage club, Art Adventure and the milestone celebrations. We provide 4th grade Track & Field T-Shirts, maintain the hospitality butterfly garden, and indoor recess bins . We are able to show our support for Woodcrest Spanish Immersion staff by making meals for them during conferences, by providing a staff appreciation luncheon and more. We have one fundraiser at the beginning of the school year to fund all of this. There are numerous volunteer opportunities available to you throughout the school year. We encourage you to get involved!
Membership is free and everyone is welcome! We would love to see you at our monthly PTO meetings where you can hear from our school principal, teachers and PTO representatives about what’s happening in our school community. Some meetings have outside speakers on valuable topics and worknight opportunities. These meetings are a great place to connect with other parents and find out about volunteer opportunities and committees.
Find upcoming PTO meeting dates and PTO sponsored events on the Woodcrest Online Calendar and in the weekly Woodcrest Spanish Immersion newsletter.

Volunteer Opportunities
Woodcrest PTO is an active group, and we would not be successful in any of our endeavors without the efforts of our incredible volunteers. We depend heavily on parents and guardians to become involved with Woodcrest SI PTO and to volunteer their time and energy throughout the year.
Your child will receive a volunteer form at the beginning of the year describing opportunities to help during the day, in the evening, for a particular event, or on a regular basis. Please look at the PTO volunteer sheet and indicate what events or activities you may be able to help with. You may also fill out the online version. You will be contacted as it gets closer to that particular event.
